This is the official website for the Austin Lakes North Homeowners Association (which includes Lakeland Farms) from Avon, Indiana. This site is currently under construction and will be altered frequently in 2008.

Welcome and thank you for visiting the website for Austin Lakes North and Lakeland Farms. Our association, known as The Austin Lakes North Homeowners Association, encompasses more than 400 homes that were built over the last ten years. Our subdivision is bordered on the north by 10th Street, on the west by Dan Jones Road, on the east by Carolina Commons and on the south by Austin Lakes South. The line dividing Austin Lakes North and Austin Lakes South roughly follows Shattuck Drive east to Hyannis Drive, then north on Hyannis Drive to Eagles Nest Drive and then east on Eagles Nest Drive to Port Drive. Everything north of that line is part of Austin Lakes North and everything south of that line is part of Austin Lakes South.

I’m sure you’ve noticed that our entrance from 10th Street says Lakeland Farms while our entrance from Dan Jones Road says Austin Lakes. This has confused many people over the years. The truth is that the developer did this for some unknown reason and it is fine to call our subdivision either of the two names. Regardless of which name you use, legally Hendricks County lists this whole area as Austin Lakes and this entire community is identified as Austin Lakes North.
